Northumberland Golf Tours Booking Conditions On receipt of the following information by surface mail to: Northumberland Golf Tours, A quotation will be sent by first class mail detailing a draft itinerary to accommodate the information received, complete with hotel brochure and course score cards. A price per person will be quoted which will remain valid for ten working days, during which time additions or amendments may be made to construct the final agreed invoice, of which 10% is to be remitted by cheque made payable to Northumberland Golf Tours. Upon receipt of the deposit a statement will be issued showing the outstanding balance, which will contain all tour details, brochure and course cards complete with the copy of the confirmation form sent to hotels and courses. Any adjustments made after 10 days before arrival may incur a deposit forfeit.
