Northumberland Golf Tours: The Complete Tour Service.

Northumberland Golf Tours construct each Golf Tour to their client’s pre-stated preferences in terms of duration, Hotel or other accommodation, and tee time reservations on their selected courses. Within five days of receipt of an enquiry a detailed draft itinerary, complete with relevant brochures and score cards, is sent to the prospective client for confirmation or amendment, and is held at the stated tour quote for five days pending written confirmation. On receipt of confirmation of agreed itinerary and a 10% non-refundable deposit a full tour pack containing all confirmed reservations is despatched. Tour balances are due in full 10 days before commencement of tour. On day of arrival in Northumberland a N.G.T. local representative, who will act as “mentor” for the duration of the Tour, will meet the tour at either Hotel or Golf Course.

1. Booking of snacks, meals, trolleys or buggies at Golf Courses.
2. Transport from Hotel to courses and return.
3. Guided tours of principal historic sites in the chosen location.
4. Provision and delivery to point of entry into Northumberland of car or van at competitive rates. Collection at point of departure.
5. Arrangements of special presentation dinners to conclude tour.
6. Provision of a lady “mentor” to advise on all matters feminine – spa, hairdressing, shopping etc.
7. Provision of quality “re cycled pond” golf balls to Hotel each day.
8. Booking of “self catering” cottages or apartments for periods of one week or more, with golf course reservations.
